But, like many successful businesses, the day-to-day focus of maintaining high standards of production and service left precious little time for standing back and reviewing the way the business was presented.
Subsequently prospective customers simply didn’t see the full picture.
We were initially asked to help produce a series of sales aids for font line initiatives, but it soon became clear that a complete re-working of their proposition and customer facing image was in order.
We visited their various production facilities and spoke with managers, stakeholders and customers to unearth where their true value and story lay.
That done, the job was simple. Their new brand story now focuses on ‘the power of one’ – a single solution that provides a full spectrum of services covering all aspects of branded environments.
